During this intimate, small-group-style workshop, a Phelon Group customer-programs expert will lead a lively round-table discussion during which you and your peers in the customer programs space will share insights, exchange feedback and tackle current challenges. We’ll do some sharing as well, as we reveal detailed research findings, data, program frameworks and, more importantly, real-world examples of stakeholder management in successful customer programs.

Our goal? To inspire and equip you to quickly implement a clear, actionable stakeholder management plan—one you’ll develop with 1:1 feedback from a Phelon Group expert during the Workshop.

At the end of our time together, you’ll not only have an individual plan for improving stakeholder management at your organization; you’ll also walk away with:
